Cheval Liberte & Debon dealer spotlight. We were recently featured on the socials of Cheval Liberte and Debon Trailers. JSW has been stockist since 2005, in fact we are the original and first independent UK agents for the brand. We also were the first to bring into the UK the gorgeous Cargo 1300 after being invited to view it whilst at a German horse show.

1. How long have you been part of the Cheval Liberté UK & Ireland distributor network? We’ve been retailing Cheval Liberte horse trailers since 2005, recognised as the UK’s longest reigning dealership.
2. Why did your business choose to join the Cheval Liberté UK & Ireland distributor network? We saw the Cheval brand back in 2004 in Germany whilst visiting Europe’s largest equine show and were on the look for a new brand to bring to our customers in the UK.
3. What makes Cheval Liberté Horse Trailers and Debon Trailers special? Having seen so many forward movements since 2005 in the remodelling of the trailers, the Cheval & Debon brand recognise the moving market and ever-changing requirements of customer expectations. They truly move with the times.
4. What is your best-selling Cheval Liberté Horse Trailer and Debon Trailer? They all are! As we were the first company to bring into the UK the Debon Cargo 1300 van trailer, this was every motorhome owners perfect partner. The motorbike enthusiasts favourite van trailer, as at last no square box on wheels like other brands. It’s funky aerodynamic shape made heads turn and the trailer on the ‘’I need this!’’ list.
5. Why do your customers prefer to come to you for their trailer needs and requirements? Knowledge, reliability, honesty, experience, longevity.
6. In three words, describe what makes you unique in your territory? God ‘s own Country, Yorkshire!!
7. Why would a customer recommend you? We get customer recognition for our underlying years of trailer experience, service knowledge, knowhow and since being about since 1961 and if it’s about horse transportation, then if we don’t know it, then no one else does!
8. How do you promote your business, brand and offers? We’ve been about since the 60’s so our name is synonymous around the world as well as the UK. Social media is today’s advertising portal, it’s massive!
9. What are your customers/audiences talking about on your social media channels? Our audience talk about what possibilities we can do for them from horsebox repairs, trailer servicing to unique bespoke modifications to their mode of transport.
10. Are your customers aware of all the features, products and services you offer? If not, what would you like to shout about more in the future? We can offer the full package: from security to finance, as well as some amazing equine products to ‘fill up their new trailer on collection day ‘’ such as show jumps, making us a one-stop
shop.
